Objectives
1) To provide a ready access to extensive representative work of literary pieces produced by inhabitants of Western Visayas from the early times up to the present.
2) To collect, preserve, and promote, through various media, the literary heritage of Western Visayas.
3) To conduct researches on the various literary works of Western Visayas Writers.
4) To promote awareness of Western Visayan literature on a global scale.
